Property Damage Exclusions - Client Briefing

This Client Briefing has been developed for Consult Australia members to provide to their clients, to assist in knowledge sharing between the parties on property damage exclusions in agreements. Property damage exclusions to limits on liability in consultancy agreements expose consultants to significant and uncertain liability risks, which are unreasonable and difficult to mitigate. Being able to quantify and mitigate this risk is particularly important for consultants in the built environment where property is central to their work.
