FutureNet SA - Beyond the Berth: Expanding SA’s only Container Terminal
Connect with likeminded emerging professionals from across Adelaide at FutureNet’s upcoming event, Beyond the Berth, exploring one of South Australia’s most significant marine infrastructure projects, the Outer Harbour Berth 6 Extension.
How do you extend a major container wharf, remediate existing infrastructure, and upgrade the surrounding site without stopping port operations?
This evening will feature a presentation from ports and marine industry experts, exploring the planning, engineering, and construction of the 135m berth extension at the Flinders Adelaide Container Terminal (FACT), South Australia’s only container terminal.
Whether you’re an engineer, project manager, consultant, contractor, or simply curious about how major infrastructure comes to life, this is an opportunity to hear directly from the people helping make it happen.
