Eric Grywacheski - KNg
Eric Grywacheski embarked on his journey with KNg in 2015 as a Senior Civil Engineer. His dedication and expertise in the field quickly earned him the distinction of Director in 2019, a testament to his exceptional contributions to the company.
Throughout his tenure at KN Group, Eric’s primary focus has been on residential subdivisions and the management of complex marine environment bulk earthworks projects, with notable achievements at the Newport and Providence Developments. In addition to his project management responsibilities, he holds several pivotal roles within the company. These include acting as a qualified consultant for the Moreton Bay Regional Council’s MB+ program, and Major Certifier for Unitywater’s A&C system and currently serving as the UDIA Branch Committee Member - Ipswich.

Sally Wilson - GHD
Sally has over 20 years professional experience in both the private and public sectors. Industry sector experience includes water, transport, energy and resources. She has expertise in technical and regulatory assessments and due diligence in her field of Environmental Science.
Sally has previously held senior positions in the Queensland resources sector. These roles have focused primarily on environmental impact assessment, approvals and compliance. More recently, Sally has assumed the role of Approvals Lead for a major QLD pumped hydro project and for QLD’s first major hydrogen hub project, was Environment and Sustainability Lead for the Inland Rail G2K PPP DJV tender design and was Environment Lead on the TA JV for the Logan to Gold Coast Faster Rail Project.

Jenny Loveday - KBR
Jenny Loveday has over 22 years’ experience as a Ports and Maritime Engineer, working predominantly on Defence and wharf infrastructure, bulk material, containerised cargo and liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects. In her current role she is the Client Relationship Manger for KBR’s key port and local government Clients.
Jenny is the Design Manager on the SEA3036-1 Port Hera Infrastructure Upgrades and Maritime Lead on the Navy Capability Infrastructure Sub-program (NCIS) and N2238 Facilities to Support Naval Operations in the North. She is responsible for the technical deliverables and outcomes for the associated marine structures and dredging. NCIS includes six projects covering HMAS Stirling, HMAS Coonawarra and HMAS Cairns.

Alex Manley - Colliers Engineering and Design
Alex is a highly experienced structural engineer with over 11 years in the industry. In a short time, he has established himself as a leader within Colliers, now heading the structural team in Queensland. His expertise spans multiple sectors, including medium to high rise residential, education, large scale retail, industrial and mixed-use developments. Alex has played a key role in delivering major projects across Australia and the United Kingdom, working on everything from intricate new to existing builds to large scale, greenfield developments. His ability to lead structural teams and provide innovative, practical solutions has been instrumental in the success of many landmark projects.
