Consult Australia Champions of Change 8th Annual Industry Lunch
Fostering a Culture of Respect – For All
Join us for the 8th Annual Champions of Change Industry lunch with keynote speaker Dr Niki Vincent, passionate advocate for gender equality and expert on inclusive leadership. With a PhD in Psychology, Dr Vincent’s career has spanned senior roles across Australian governments and globally. She currently serves as Victoria’s inaugural Public Sector Gender Equality Commissioner.
In an increasingly complex environment, diverse, inclusive and respectful workplaces have proven critical to high performance—boosting financial outcomes, driving innovation, and helping organisations attract and retain top talent.
Australia is leading with bold legislative reforms—the Respect at Work Act, mandatory gender pay gap reporting, and organisational diversity target setting. Yet challenges remain. Global backlash against DEI is rising, and public attitudes are increasingly divided.
How do we stay the course and foster a culture of respect - for all?
Dr Vincent will share lessons from leading Victoria’s Gender Equality Strategy. She’ll be joined by Belinda Virant, Managing Director - Australia, Arcadis, and Barbara Crossley, CEO, Umwelt—members of the Consult Australia Champions of Change.
This is a timely opportunity to engage with sector leaders and drive forward the conversation on workplace culture and performance.
