With a Bachelor of Arts from La Trobe University and professional experience as a tech sector consultant, government adviser and communications professional, Evan brings a practical, outcomes‑focused approach to public policy. He is committed to rigorous scrutiny of government decisions, stronger economic growth, improved infrastructure delivery and greater transparency and certainty for individuals, families, businesses and communities across Victoria.
