Currently, Stephen heads the Rail & Infrastructure Delivery for the Suburban Rail Loop, Victoria’s largest infrastructure initiative and Australia’s most significant housing project. Known for his strategic vision and hands-on leadership, he excels in guiding multidisciplinary teams, managing diverse contract models, and overcoming intricate engineering challenges.
An engineer by training with extensive project management credentials, Stephen has driven transformational projects in the UK, the Middle East, and across multiple Australian states. He combines sharp business insight with performance-driven goals to deliver results while ensuring compliance, governance, and effective stakeholder engagement. His ability to foster strong relationships on both client and contractor sides, coupled with ministerial-level advisory experience, positions him as a trusted leader in shaping infrastructure delivery.
