Chief Executive Officer, Victorian Health Building Authority
A trusted leader with more than 25 years’ experience leading delivery and reform across diverse infrastructure sectors throughout Australasia. Priscilla has been a positive catalyst for change in both the private and public sectors. She helps to ensure social infrastructure delivers outcomes for local communities, helping improve lives and economies while maintaining project efficiencies and driving innovation. Priscilla commenced as CEO of VHBA in February 2025, having held the immediate prior role of Deputy Director General, Health Infrastructure Queensland. Priscilla has held recent previous senior leadership positions as CEO, Infrastructure Association of Queensland; Principal Transport & Resources Australasia, Arup; Independent Chair Investment Assurance Committee, Queensland Health; founding Executive Director, Contribute Consulting Pty Ltd and Head of Strategic Projects, Port of Brisbane Pty Ltd.
