In 2017, after successfully operating in executive roles at both Brookfield Multiplex and Lendlease, Alison took on the role as founding Chief Executive Officer at boutique tier one construction firm, Roberts Co. Alison built the company to 280 full time staff with a $1.5b pipeline in the first five years. Alison stepped back to the role of Executive Chair in February 2023 and in February 2024 Alison retired from her position to spend more time to spend with her family and playing golf.
