Patrick Seares, Westport’s Managing Director, leads a cross-government team planning one of Western Australia’s most complex infrastructure projects: a new port in Kwinana with the supporting logistics and associated integrated road and rail transport corridors. This unique project utilises a supply chain centric approach and encompasses all activities from inception through to operations, as well as supporting other strategic government objectives and enabling economic outcomes for WA. Patrick has previously worked for the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation and Office of the Environmental Protection Agency and has led significant business improvement projects during his career, advising on strategic governance, operational reform, stakeholder engagement, operational change, and marine research.
